These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of autoedges.com and any Expert Advisor (EA), trading bot, indicator, Pine Script, or related product ("Products") purchased through this site. By creating an account or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the products. Our Products are software tools intended to help automate or assist trading activity. They are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading financial markets carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance shown on this site (including any live fund or MAM account results) is not a guarantee of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

2. Accounts. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Purchases and delivery. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Because license keys and product files are issued manually by our team, delivery is not instant — you will receive your license key and download instructions by email, typically within 1-2 business days of a successful payment. Please make sure the email address on your account is correct and check your spam folder if you don't see it.

4. License grant. Purchasing a Product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Product for your own trading activity, generally for a single person on a limited number of accounts/devices as described on the product page. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share your license key, or reverse-engineer any Product.

5. Acceptable use. You agree not to share or resell license keys, attempt to circumvent license checks, use the Products for any unlawful purpose, or abuse the community area.

6. Intellectual property. All Products, source code, documentation, and site content remain the property of AutoEdges or its licensors. Purchasing a Product licenses you to use it — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying code or intellectual property.

7. Third-party platforms. Our Products are designed to run on third-party platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5, TradingView, and various brokers, none of which are owned, controlled, or guaranteed by AutoEdges. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or losses caused by those platforms or your broker.

8. Disclaimer of warranties. Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including any warranty that a Product will be profitable, error-free, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoEdges will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of any Product or this site.

10. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, including license misuse.

11. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
