This Refund Policy explains when a refund is available for Products purchased on autoedges.com. Because our Products are digital goods delivered as a license key and download link, refund availability differs from physical goods.

Before delivery. If you request a cancellation after payment but before your license key has been issued, we will issue a full refund.

After delivery. Once a license key and download link have been issued and sent to you, the purchase is generally considered final and non-refundable, because the digital product has been delivered and can be copied or used immediately.

Product doesn't work as described. If a Product is materially broken, does not match its description, or fails to install/run through no fault of your own trading setup, contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with details (screenshots/screen recording help) so we can look into it. Depending on the issue, we will offer a fix, a replacement, or a refund at our discretion.

Trading losses are not a valid refund reason. Our Products are trading tools, not a guarantee of profit. We do not offer refunds because a strategy lost money, underperformed expectations, or because market conditions changed.

Duplicate or accidental charges. If you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error, email us and we will refund the duplicate/erroneous charge promptly.

Chargebacks. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact [email protected] first — most issues can be resolved directly and faster than through a card dispute.

How to request a refund. Email [email protected] with your order ID (or the email used at checkout) and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
