License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and AutoEdges governing your use of any Expert Advisor (EA), trading bot, indicator, or other licensed software product ("Software") purchased on autoedges.com. By activating a license key, you agree to this EULA.

1. License grant. Subject to payment and your compliance with this EULA, AutoEdges grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Software for your own trading activity.

2. License key and device binding. Each license is issued as a unique license key. The first time you activate the Software on a device, we record that device's hardware ID together with the MT5/MT4 account number and broker you're running it on, and future activations are checked against that same combination. Each license is limited to a set number of devices (shown on your product/license page — one device by default unless a different limit was agreed at purchase). To move your license to new hardware, a new trading account, or a different broker, contact [email protected] — we can reset a license's bound devices for you; we don't do this automatically to protect against key sharing.

3. Restrictions. You may not: (a) resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or share your license key with anyone else; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent a restriction like this is not permitted by law; (c) remove, disable, or attempt to circumvent the license/device-activation check; (d) modify or create derivative works of the Software; or (e) use the Software to build a competing product.

4. Ownership. The Software, including its underlying code, logic, and documentation, is and remains the property of AutoEdges and its licensors. This EULA licenses you to use the Software — it does not sell or transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

5. Updates and support. We may release updated versions of the Software from time to time. Whether a given update is included in your existing license, and what support is provided, is described on the product page at the time of purchase or in your subscription plan.

6. Term and termination. This license continues until terminated. For one-time purchases, it's perpetual for the version(s) covered unless terminated for breach. For subscription-linked licenses, it remains active only while the subscription is active or in a valid trial, and is automatically deactivated if the subscription lapses or is cancelled. We may deactivate a license immediately if we reasonably believe you've violated this EULA, including license sharing or attempting to bypass device binding. Deactivation ends your right to use the Software; it doesn't by itself entitle you to a refund — see our Refund Policy.

7. No warranty. The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, including any warranty that it will be profitable, error-free, compatible with every broker or terminal version, or uninterrupted. 8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoEdges is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including trading losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software.

9. Relationship to other policies. This EULA covers the Software license specifically. Your purchase, account, and use of the wider site are also governed by our Terms of Service, and any performance or trading-outcome language is further qualified by our Disclaimer and Risk Warning.

10. Changes to this EULA. We may update this EULA from time to time. The version posted on this page is always the current one; continuing to use a Product after an update means you accept it.
