AutoEdges ("we", "us", "our") operates autoedges.com, a marketplace for algorithmic trading tools including Expert Advisors (EAs), trading bots, technical indicators, and Pine Scripts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect: when you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you make a purchase, our payment processor, Stripe, handles and stores your payment card details directly — we do not see or store your full card number. We keep a record of what you purchased, the amount paid, and the order status. If you use the community area, we store the posts, comments, and any images you choose to upload. If you contact support, we keep a record of that correspondence.

How we use your information: to create and maintain your account; to process orders and deliver license keys and download links by email; to respond to support requests; to send you order-related and account-related emails; and to maintain the security of the site. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies and sessions: we use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Third-party services: we rely on a small number of service providers to run the site, including Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and file storage for uploaded images), and Neon (database hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices.

Data retention: we retain account and order information for as long as your account is active, and as needed for our legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices: you can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Trading tools and risk: the products sold on this site are software tools, not financial advice. See our Terms of Service and Refund Policy for how products are delivered and licensed.

Children's privacy: this site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
